Real Weddings: Kent & Nicole at Fontys Pool, Manjimup

Meeting many years ago at the Moora country camp out, it was only ever going to be a casual Aussie country themed wedding for Kent & Nicole. As a local couple, Kent & Nicole booked the iconic Fontys Pool, Manjimup for their wedding celebrations on Saturday 9th February 2019 and sourced all local suppliers for their special day.

We have been together 4 1/2 years and have two beautiful young daughters. Kent proposed at home sitting around the campfire. It was important to us to marry in the Southern Forests region because its where we live. We knew Fontys Pool would be the perfect location for our wedding and the bonus being it was close to home for us and many of our family & friends.

Reception Style: Cocktail

Catering: Raj from Cilantro Café did the catering and it was amazing.

Cake: We loved our wedding cake, made by Jess from Cherish the Cake.


Wedding Dress: Donna T Albany


Hair & MUA: We had Brodie from Blush 82, Carla from Dare for hair and Annie Giacomel for our make up.


Bridal Party: 5 Bridesmaids & Groomsmen. The bridesmaids wore a floral dress with a pearl coloured base splashed with blues, purples and pinks. The Groomsmen wore Thomas Cook Moleskins from Steves Menswear and RM Williams Fine Check Shirts from Mensland.


Groom: Kent wore Thomas Cook Moleskins, RM Williams Fine Check Shirt and his Akubra.

Rings: Grooms from Jewellers in Balingup & Brides from Goldmark.


Florals: Manjimup Florist - Beautiful native flowers.

Hire in any equipment? We hired in Wine Barrels & Cocktail tables from Fontys hire.

Lastly, What were your fav moments....

It was all just so perfect, but if I have to pick a few moments I would say dancing with all the guests, the games we played and how amazing the food & venue were.
