On Saturday 1st December 2018, here in the Southern Forests & Valleys region, it was a day to celebrate all things weddings. A brand new comprehensive wedding directory for the region went LIVE and to mark the occasion, we carried out a beautiful vow renewals shoot.
I was so happy when Tino & Paula accepted my invitation to be the inspiration for this momentous Southern Forests weddings shoot! People say things take longer here in the 'country', but let me tell you that this shoot became a reality one week prior to the website launch. This stunning couple and all vendors came on board with ease and made it work. We have some fantastic and highly experienced local suppliers and it was amazing to get the opportunity to showcase their skills!
The shoot became even more special, when Paula informed me that they would be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in February 2019!
Hair by Shanyae Studio S Hair Design
Shanyae has over 10 years experience as a wedding hair stylist. She is happy to work from her salon in Manjimup or travel to your location. Shanyae took inspiration from the dress style and bride and quickly got to work on this complimentary up do! Whilst at Studio S Hair Design, we had make up by Zana.

Confetti Occasions Bridal Store owner Nicki, travelled down to Manjimup to be part of our website launch event and brought a variety of gowns along with her to display and for our bride. Earlier in the week, after a quick chat with Paula, armed with her measurements and a recent photo she chose three gowns that in her professional opinion would be most fitting. This was her first choice and as you can see, those years of experience in fitting show, because the gown was absolutely perfect for Paula and the shoot! We all had dress envy!

Manjimup Florist owner Anne and her team have a wealth of knowledge and experience in wedding florals. For the shoot they were given a brief by Lauren Simcock - The Style Est, my event stylist for the website launch. Their bouquets hit the brief and the colours complimented the dress beautifully.

Emma was a family and wedding photographer in Perth and is returning to wedding photography in the Southern Forests & Valleys region, now that her children are older.
